Fallon Gechter
Project Manager and Association Administrator
Fallon Gechter graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications. She graduated from Nova Southeastern University with her Masters in Business Administration. Fallon is the Chapter Administrator for the South Florida Chapter of Meeting Professionals International as well as a Paragon Event Project Manager. Fallon focuses on association management, medical meetings, and expanding our incentive travel business.

Kayla Schwenk
Project Manager and Association Administrator
Kayla Schwenk graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a BA in Exercise Science. She joined the Paragon team in 2010 and is the Chapter Administrator for the Greater Orlando Area of Meeting Professional International and one of the Event and Destination Management Coordinators. Some of her responsibilities include: on-line registration, rooming lists, creation and management of meeting timelines, working agendas, food and beverage set-up, budgets and invoices.

Francesca Radabaugh
Project Manager and Event Accountant
Francesca came to Paragon Events after graduating from the University of South Florida with a Degree in Geography focusing on Natural Hazards and Environmental Justice. She has been a great asset in helping develop our "Green Division," which helps bring environmental awareness to our events, as well as, assist our clients in being environmentally conscious when planning their events. Francesca also manages our internship programs which includes: interviews, recruitment, training manuals and guidelines, and completed programs and school credits.

Lawrence Smith
Graphic Designer and Web Master
Lawrence graduated from Florida Atlantic University, where he received a BFA degree in Graphic Design. He has joined Paragon Event's graphic department and brings with him an abundance of fresh ideas and creative styles which compliment the graphic department's talents. Lawrence specializes in all forms of online and print media.

Terry Bradley
Director of National Accounts - Northeast Division
Living and working in Washington, D.C for 25 years, Terry Bradley is a seasoned Executive who has been associated with a wide range of projects. Her activities have included programs with government, corporate and non-profit industries as well as the governing boards of leading colleges and universities. Terry will oversee new business initiatives for Paragon Events and advnce existing relationships throughout the Northeast, with emphasis on the Washington Metro area. Terry is responsible for leading sales growth, managing Paragon's regional expansion, and bringing Paragon Event's Premiere Green Event Planning services to this market.

Sarah Burton
Event Coordinator and La Mystique Sales
Sarah has been working with Paragon Events since 2010. Sarah is responsible for assisting the project manager in Event Research, Database Management, and RFP Research. Sarah also coordinates sales for La Mystique - our interactive dance company. La Mystique provides interactive entertainment to all audiences from awards programs to sales incentives or business meetings.

Debby Walters
Healthcare Consultant and Grant Writer
Prior to joining Paragon Events, Debby served as the Executive Director for the Palm Beach County Community Health Alliance and Senior Policy Analyst for the Association of Maternal and Child Health Programs (AMCHP), Washington DC. In addition she worked with the State of Florida in Tallahassee for over 20 years as a Senior Research and Health Policy Analyst in the Agency of Health Care Administration. Debby’s role will include securing grants for CME programs as well as other healthcare initiatives. She will also be coordinating clinical trials and assisting organizations in the planning and development of community healthcare programs.

Lenore Anesta
Association Accountant
Lenore has been with Paragon Events for over 7 years and presently manages all aspects of association accounting. She manages the accounting for both South Florida Meeting Professionals International and the Greater Orlando Area of Meeting Professionals International. She handles the day to day tasks of reconciling bank accounts, running budgets, and working in QuickBooks.

Jackie Jones
Accountant Assistant
Jackie joins Paragon Events in the Accounting department. She supports the areas of Receivables, Payables, Payroll and General Event Accounting. She also works with the project managers in reconciling event jobs.

Summer Bush
Social Media and Online Marketing

Summer Bush believes that a strong social media platform is a key component for any business in the 21st century.With her promotion background, creative spirit, and passion to succeed, Summer captains our social media marketing. A graduate of the University of North Florida, Summer studied electronic media and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication.

Mary Monusky
Consultant, Leadership Development & Business Strategy
Mary J. Monusky is responsible for building and leveraging long-term relationships with leading Paragon Events clients and prospects worldwide. Mary has had a well-recognized 25-year career in Account Management working as a Senior-Level Director and Corporate Coach for leading Fortune 50 companies, including Merrill Lynch and American Express. Living and working in major markets in both the United States and Europe, Mary managed and developed sales portfolios that generated average revenues in excess of $1b annually. Mary also provides leadership development seminars and corporate coaching.
