Budget Development


Paragon Events prepares comprehensive program budgets and monitors expenses to ensure the financial soundness of your meeting. Master accounts are established with hotels and other vendors. Following each meeting, we issue reimbursements to speakers and reconcile all meeting expenses. We review all vendors' invoices for overages/billing errors and present an accurate "Final Event Expense Report" to our client. Paragon always requests 3 bids from different vendors in order to secure the highest quality service at the minimum cost. You will be presented with a financial summary after each meeting.
