Google Search

Events are getting more accessible on Google! Earlier this month, Google rolled out their latest feature, event search, which makes it easier to find events around you. In the Google search app, event search takes over when Google detects that you are looking for an event. For example, if you search ‘events near me’, or ‘classical concerts’. You then have the option to sort results based on date, or day.  Results also include more detailed information such as  links to ticket purchase, how to attend or supporting links.Currently, Google event search displays results from: Meetup, Yext, Vividseats, Eventbrite, Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, Jambase, LiveNation, Bookmyshow.com, StubHub, Bandsintown, Eventful, along with a few others. Google continues to add support from other ticket venues as the search feature evolves. Read more about the new search feature here.
